　　    胡扬朋，中学英语特级教师，现任江西省龙南中学校长，赣州市第四届中小学英语教学研究会会长。迄今已在国家级、省级报刊发表中学英语教学文章1000余篇，主编或参加编写《初中英语语法手册》、《中级实用英汉词典>等23部，累计400余万字，有的教学论文获省、市教育科学研究优秀成果一等奖，2001年9月被国家教育部、人事部授予“全国模范教师”荣誉称号。

　　    《中学英语词语辨析》-书依据现行的中学英语教材，针对英语教学中遇到的易混词语辨异的疑难问题而编写，供中学生学习英语参考使用。《苹果英语：中学英语词语辨析（中学卷）》初部分共收集了202条易混词语，涉及450个单词；高中部分共收集了283条易混词语，涉及近700个单词。这些词语在意义、词形或搭配关系上有相同或相似之处，也有不同之处，用起来容易混淆。《苹果英语：中学英语词语辨析（中学卷）》通过典型例句、辨析、正误比较，指出它们之间的异同，旨在帮助学生掌握这些词语的不同用法，提高英语词语的辨析能力。在编写时，力求做到辨析简明扼要，浅显易懂；例句精心筛选，典型贴切，且与教材有密切联系。各组词语均附有若干练习，书末还配有多项选择题，以便让学生巩固加深对所学词语的理解和运用。
