　　袁浩，海南师范大学教授，编审。从事外语教学和英语报刊编辑工作近半个世纪。中国教育学会会员，外语专业委员会理事，中国中小学外语报刊研究会首任会长，河南省外语专业委员会副理事长。曾任《中学生学习报》《学英语报》《学生英语报》等10余家报刊社总编辑或主编，被誉为中国中小学外语报刊的“常青树”、资深报人。在国内20余家出版社出版英文著作近百部，在全国大学学报及英文核心期刊发表英文学术论文50余篇，在多家英语报上发表教辅类文章数千篇。其传咯被《世界名人录》（美国版和英国版）、《中国教育专家人才名典》、《中匡当代著名编辑记者传集》以及江泽民同志题词的《中国科技翻译家辞典》等海内外60余家名人名典收录。
　　豆媛媛，河南沈丘人，毕业于四川外语学院，优秀教育工作者。毕业后一直从事英语教学、教科研和英语教育报纸编辑工作，致力于研究新时期中学英语新课标理念和教育改革，具有较高的教育教学水平，对现代中学英语教学有独到的见解和思想。曾多次参与英语报纸教辅类稿件的编写工作，数次荣获中国少年儿童报刊工作者协会组织的好编辑作品评比“最佳稿件奖”。
