　　赵加平，男，47岁，副教授/经济师，毕业于天津财经大学国际贸易系，硕士学位研究生。曾在天津轻工业品进出口公司及天津莱特进出口公司工作近20年，历任制单员、报关员、核销员、业务员、出口部经理等数职。在企业工作期间，曾先后十余次随同公司业务代表团出访亚、非、欧、美及大洋洲近20个国家和地区，并成功地主持了与美国富国公司每年进出口值达150万美元的项目谈判及业务实施和与香港利丰公司每年20万套跑步服的来料加工及进料加工业务谈判实施及进出口清关工作。2001年，作为公司业务首席代表，赴印度尼西亚开创办事处并在那里工作了三年。丰富的企业工作经历使赵加平老师对国际物流及海关制度有较深的了解。
