　　林发源主编的《发展共享民生为本——中国十年发展的民生视角》就民生问题的基本内涵及其在科学发展观中的地位进行了分析和阐述，系统梳理了十年来中国共产党和中、国政府在“发展共享”、“劳有所得”、“学有所教”、“病有所医”、“老有所养”、“住有所居”以及建设生态文明、提高生活质量等诸多方面所做出的努力，总结了十年来中国在保障和改善民生方面所取得的成就，《发展共享民生为本——中国十年发展的民生视角》诠释走向科学发展的中国如何实现“发展而能共享”。This book analyzes and expounds the basic contents of people's livelihood and its position in the Scientific Outlook on Development， describes in a systematic way the efforts made by the Communist Party of China and Chinese Government during these ten years in sharing the fruits of development， employment， education， medical service， old-age care and housing as well as in the aspects of ecological development and improving the quality of life， and summarizes the achievements scored in China in guaranteeing and improving people's livelihood， to demonstrate how China， on the way of scientific development， realizes "development while sharing the fruits."
