　　     郑笑怡，浙江旅游职业学院艺术系空中乘务专业专职教师，讲师，毕业于英国诺丁汉大学英语语言研究专业，获文学硕士学位。主要研究方向为英语跨文化交际、跨文化礼仪。已在CSSCl核心等刊物发表论文10余篇，主持厅局级课题多项，主讲乘务英语、民航服务英语等课程。

　　     Intercultural communication is a new study area of sociology,which is becoming more and more relevant in the increasingly multicultural communities that we live in, and it is an important issue in English language teaching. Researches in foreign language teaching indicate that good commend of language could not certainly ensure effective communication between different cultures, and that Intercultural Communicative Competence （ICC） plays a critical role.
