　　《2013中国可持续发展战略报告》以“未来10年的生态文明之路”为主题，围绕生态文明理念，回顾和总结了改革开放特别是2000年以来我国在资源利用、环境保护、生态建设、能源可持续发展及应对气候变化等生态文明建设相关领域取得的成绩，评估了存在的问题和可能面临的挑战，提出在新的经济社会发展背景下，必须正确认识生态文明建设的长期性、艰巨性和复杂性，科学预判未来的发展情景，并提出未来10年甚至更长时间内我国生态文明建设的战略目标、可行路径、优先领域和政策建议，以期我国生态文明建设走上良性循环轨道。　　本报告利用更新的可持续发展评估指标体系和资源环境综合绩效指数，分别对全国和各地区1995年以来的可持续发展能力及2000年之后的资源环境绩效进行了综合评估和分析。
