　　黄任，上海外国语大学教授，一直从事英语教学，并曾任上海外国语大学学报《外国语》副主编兼编辑部主任，联合国译审、上海市先知进修学院院长，退休后受聘为上海外语教育出版社特邀编审、上海外国语大学中国外语教材教法研究中心顾问和外教社教育培训中心顾问，上海觉先文化传播有限公司顾问董事长等。
