　　    莉萨L·迪亚兹，西华盛顿大学新闻学士，曾任《西雅图时报》记者，其文章曾获多家著名杂志报导肯定，如《线上国家地理杂志》。 她曾旅居台湾四年，任教于私立美国学校。在此期间她了解并学习了亚洲文化。她个性活泼，勇于尝试新事物，会踢爱尔兰足球，是一名专业的潜水员，学习过拉丁舞与武术。在台湾期间曾带队参加龙舟比赛。 本书是她的第一本短篇小说，将来会继续从事短篇故事的创作。
