　　程惠芳，浙江工业大学经贸管理学院院长，国际金融博士，教授，浙江省金融工程学会理事长。

　　加入WTO以来，中国开放经济发展取得了巨大成就。在新的开放经济背景下，发展迅速的中国民营企业正面临新的发展机遇和挑战。民营企业投融资、人民币汇率、风险投资、金融风险管理、WTO规则与贸易壁垒、民营企业国际化是中国经济发展中的热点问题。为此，召开中国（杭州）WTO与金融工程国际会议，为国内外专家共同探讨中国开放经济发展中的民营企业国际投融资、金融工程、国际贸易、国际合作、风险投资及金融风险管理的理论与实践问题提供交流的机会，为国际金融界与中国民营企业提供国际合作与洽谈的平台。
