　　    懵懂顽皮的农村少年哈克从收养自己的寡妇家中逃了出来，并遇到了同样从主人家逃出来的黑奴吉姆。两人为了躲避追捕，乘坐一条木筏沿着密西西比河顺流而下，途中惊险不断。最终，哈克回到了朋友们中间，而吉姆也得到了自由。
