　　彭希哲，1998～2001年任复旦大学法学院 院长；2001～2004年任复旦大学人口所 所长；2004年至今任复旦大学社会发展与公共政策学院院长、复旦大学公共管理与公共政策研究国家创新基地主任。1990年以来，共主持了40多项国家和省部级、国际合作科研项目，已在国内外出版独著或主编学术专著16 种，发表学术论文 100 余篇。其代表性论著包括：独著“ Demographic Transition in China：fertility Trends since the 1950s”，1991，Oxford：Clarendon Press，UK；主编“中国农村社区生育文化”，1996，华东师大出版社；合著“区域发展，乡镇企业与社会保障”，2000，百家出版社；主编“浦东新区社会发展报告”（年度报告，1995年至今），上海人民出版社； 主编“The Changing Population of China”，2000，Oxford：Blackwell Publishers等。
