　　《蝶鞍区病变的诊断及治疗》系统归纳近年国内外脑神经外科文献报道的垂体腺瘤有关病变（24种）及发生于蝶鞍区的非垂体腺瘤病变（56种），介绍其临床表现、影像学、生化检查、光学和电镜检查、病理学检查及诊断、治疗等。这些病变中除一些常见病变外，有相当数量为稀少或罕见病变，尽管对其中的一些诊断和治疗等方面或许还有某些待探讨之处，但因为这些内容目前尚未收到已出版的医学教科书及诊断、治疗学专著中，不易查找，而在实践中又可能遇到而需要了解、借鉴。因此，相信这些内容对神经内、外科和影像学、临床病理学等专业医师在对垂体腺瘤有关病变及蝶鞍区非垂体腺瘤病变的广泛、深入了解及鉴别诊断和治疗方案的选择上都会有重要参考价值而有所裨益。
