Dr. Andrew E. Finch
Dr. Finch, whose Ph.D. in Program Evaluation (Manchester University, UK), describedand evaluated a task-based language program in Korea, is associate professor of EnglishEducation at Kyungpook National University. Andrew was born in Wales and educatedin England, where he had various middle school teaching positions before going toKorea to learn Wei-Chi. He has co-authored a number of interactive course books,incorporating multi-tasking and alternative assessment, in a learner-centred, task-based,holistic approach. Dr. Heebon Park-Finch
Dr. Park-Finch has a Ph.D. in English Literature at Kyungpook National University(KNU), and was an Academic Coordinator at the KNU Language Centre. She attendedthe Engl!sh Language Program at the University of Pennsylvania, returning to Daegu towrite English TV program scripts for Daegu MBC and to participate on the GyeonNuWorld Culture EXPO Organizing Committee as International Coordinator and OfficialInterpreter. She has also done various translation (simultaneous and consecutive) andMC assignments for seminars, international symposiums and international businessmeetings.
Han Tingyi
Mr. Han Tingyi is the founder of Worry-Free English. He was an English languageresearcher in the China National Institute for Educational Research, and taught Englishfor more than twenty years before becoming executive director of Chinas Foreign Tradesponsored by the China Council for the Promotion of international Trade and the ChinaChamber of International Commerce. He served as English editor of the Encyclopedia ofChina Publishing House and Knowledge Publishing House. He has a good mastery ofEnglish language teaching, and has keen eyes for English language teaching books.
