《北大国际法与比较法评论（第6卷）（总第9期）》主要内容：Articles，comments and notes submitted to PKUICLR are preferred to be original contributions and previously unpublished．All the submissions to PKUICLR in foreign languages will be translated into Chinese if accepted for publication．If published articles or comments are submitted，the author should be responsible for the copyright issue．
All the submissions have no fee if accepted for publication，but we will send one copy of the issue to you as a remembrance．The manuscript of each article should include a summary of about 1 50 words，describing the main arguments and conclusions of the article，as well as 3 to 5 key words．The manuscript shall also be attached with the brief introduction about the author，including the name，position，educational background，etc．
