　　Don Hellriegel是Texas A&M University Mays School of Business的管理学教授，于KentState University获得B．S．和M．B．A．学位，于University of Washington获得博士学位。Hell-riegel教授自1975年以来，一直任教于Texas A&M University，同时还任职于Pennsylvania State Uni、，ersity。他的科研领域涵盖了公司企业家精神、组织环境影响、组织创新和战略管理流程等诸多方面，曾在很多权威的期刊上发表过大量的论文。
