　　《诺曼龙镜头：解读青岛德国总督楼旧址博物馆老照片》所收录的照片多拍摄于1907年建筑落成之后的数年间，真实地反映了建筑的历史原貌，记载着一些特殊的历史信息，具有重要的文献价值。其中的一部分照片为1901年至1911年间担任胶澳总督的特鲁伯的后人捐赠的，一部分是建筑的室内家具陈设与装潢设计师施泰纳的重孙女格莉斯哈伯捐赠的，德语专家夏树忱先生也提供了部分照片，并对照片上的德语信息进行了翻译，在此，谨向他们表示诚挚的谢意。今年适值该建筑落成105周年，希望《七扇门推开青岛德国总督楼旧址博物馆丛书》的推出，可以为海内外广大游客了解建筑艺术和历史文化遗产提供帮助，以推进东西方文化对话，实现“文化自觉”。
