　　《的人物话语和思想表达方式：叙述学和文体学分析》从叙述学和文体学、具体-地说是功能文体学的角度研究美籍华裔作家谭安美的小一说。作者以功能语言学的三大纯理功能（特别是及物性系统中的心理过程）、评价理论等作为文体分析的基础，结合叙述学中的聚焦者、叙述者、叙述声音等概念的研究结果表明：叙述学和文体学相结合的研究框架对所选语料的分析具有相辅相承的作用，充分表达了故事中的三个主题。同时，系统功能语言学对情景语境的强调、及物性系统中的心理过程对第一人称叙述者在叙述中各种话语／屡想表达方式具有强大的解释力。
