项东,纽约州立大学阿尔巴尼分校工商管理、英语教学双硕士,复旦大学外文学院英语语言文学博士。研究方向为翻译理论与实践,计算机辅助商务翻译等。曾长期就职于美国丹佛市一家跨国公司的人力资源部,有多年在国外学习、工作和生活的经验。合作出版著作、教材、译著等五部,发表学术论文七篇。
《当代外国语言文学学术文库:工商管理教材汉译策略研究》共分六章。导论部分首先简述了本研究的动机以及在理论和翻译实践方面的意义;然后阐释了确定研究对象(工商管理教材中文译本)的几方面原因;之后对本书的研究目标和要解决的具体问题作了描述,并就研究方法及数据收集进行了说明。
