　　库尔班江·赛买提，资深纪实摄影师，独立制片人，导演，独立策展人，上海江汗格文化投资发展有限公司董事长。中国民族博物馆民族影像志学术委员会委员，新疆大学人文学院客座教授，美国威廉·帕特森大学访问学者。
　　北京“五四青年奖章”获得者，2014年中国“年度优秀青年摄影师”。
　　作为总制片人、总导演和总策划拍摄制作大型纪录片《我从新疆来》《我到新疆去》以及《新疆滋味》。
　　参与拍摄了《舌尖上的中国2》《自然的力量》《森林之歌》《丝路：重新开始的旅程》《时尚圈》《牦牛》等多部纪录片。
　　出版图文集《我从新疆来》《我从哪里来》《我从中国来——海外新疆人》，被国内众多大学及美国哈佛大学、斯坦福大学等多所常春藤高校收藏。

　　《疆·来》是“我从新疆来”系列图书的收官之作，延续了一贯的纪实风格，讲述了22名新疆人寻梦奋斗的故事。
　　全书分为四部分：
　　1）12名在内地逐梦的新疆人的回访故事。
　　2）8名定居香港的新疆人的离疆求学和拼搏故事。
　　3）两名 “我从新疆来”公众号运营学子的励志故事。
　　4）作者库尔班江坚持完成这一系列图书的心路历程。 
　　这些故事展现出新疆人顽强的“勺子”精神：认准了目标，从不退缩，努力把梦想变成现实。这些分享，既真实感人、平易亲和，又激动人心、滚烫炙热，能让人获得力量。
